This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: TERMS of SERVICE

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Most items have been shipped out around 2-4 weeks  as they have to be specially manufactured just for you!

We offer various shipping options. In all or most cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Shipping Fees - varies from item to item based on weight, size and location

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If an order is delayed for any reason, be it Law Enforcement Agencies, customs and border services inspections and detainments, or any other unforeseen reason for delay, we will do our best to inform you of any delays via the tracking number provided to the customer, or if possible, a direct email from 5309 Designs.

RETURNS :

Unfortunately,we cannot accept  any return requests made past 14 days of delivery of your items or items.

Contact us and please describe the nature of an issue with your item or items and we will 

investigate and take any actions necessary.  Due to the nature of a print-on-demand business, again we require you to thoroughly examine the sizes of any items purchased.  We cannot accept returns if the items does not fit you.   Contact us if you have any quality issues and in most cases, a return will be sent or refund expedited.
