The custom pencil skirt is made of 88% polyester and 12% spandex. This blend gives the garment a four-way stretch which allows the fabric to stretch both width- and length-wise. The garment has a slight tapering along the outer thigh to provide that signature straightened appearance.   The design is an impressionist painting created by our resident Visual Arts Painter we keep in our stable at 5309 Designs!  Canvas prints of this painting will also be available soon!
